Refund policy
Returns of Unopened Products
Refunds and returns are accepted for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 30 days from the shipment date of the order.
Please note:
If you wish to return a device, the security seal or protective sticker on the product box must remain intact. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any opened or used products.
This condition is applied in accordance with Article 14(2) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), which holds the consumer liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Non-Returnable Items – Filters and Consumables
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, filters, flavor cartridges, and other consumable components are non-returnable and non-refundable, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened or remains sealed.
This policy is applied in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), which excludes the right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
-Shipping fees are non-refundable.
-A return processing fee may apply to returned items.
-Where applicable, a return shipping label will be provided together with this fee.
How to Initiate a Return for an Unopened Product
To initiate a return for an unopened product, please contact our support team at info@airtang.com and provide the following information:
-Order number
-Reason for the return
-Clear, well-lit photographs of all items being returned, showing that the security seals or packaging are intact
-If the shipping package has not been opened, a photograph of the unopened package is sufficient
Once the required information has been received, our customer support team will provide instructions for the next steps.
Order Issues or Product Defects
If you experience any issues with your order or discover a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team at info@airtang.com and include:
-Order number
-A detailed description of the issue
-Photographs showing the damage or defect (if applicable)
Our team will respond as soon as possible to discuss available solutions.
Please note:
-Shipping fees are non-refundable.
-Product defects must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date.
Purchases from Other Sales Channels
Retail Store Purchases
Products purchased from physical retail stores are subject to the return policies of the respective retailer.
Amazon Purchases
Returns and refunds for purchases made on Amazon are processed directly through the Amazon platform, in accordance with Amazon’s return policies.
Safety Information
If you experience any discomfort or adverse reactions while using the product, discontinue use immediately, consult a medical professional, and notify our support team.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, a store credit will be issued instead.
